I'm hoping for my son to start this school a yr September but I understand this yr so many children we're let down in not getting in... I hope this can be resolved by time my children go to school... I really want them to go catholic school and this would be my first choice and choosing/getting the right primary school for them is very important to the start of their educational life.

It most certainly is , this year there was 100 people who applied for 30 spaces , so quite a lot of children who are already in the nursery have not been offered a place in reception class and I just think that is not fair :)

It seems so very wrong when the first school is so oversubscribed that local children are refused a place & therefore have no school to look forward to starting
