I signed this petition for my beautiful cousin who was told she would graduate at St.Albans Cathedral! surely it would be wrong for this not to be the venue.

We were told at our interviews that if we chose herts uni we would get to graduate at St Albans cathederal. Therefore, we should be able to to graduate there as promised.

You are exactly right. It's so unfair that this should happen. We deserve to graduate somewhere that makes us feel important and where we can celebrate all of our hard work with pride.

I'm sure I speak on behalf of everyone when I say that graduating on the university grounds is disheartening. We were promised this beautiful location and it's been taken away from us without the say of those who are directly affected by the decision. Likewise, many people I know had the St Albans Cathedral as that extra little motivation to push through one of the most stressful and challenging years of our lives. Now the majority of us are considering not even going...

Because these students have worked very hard and deserve a graduation in the Abbey. They should not be shortchanged like this

I graduated @ ST Albans in 2013 and it was the most beautiful day and I had great experience. I believe students should have the same opportunity this year.

For £9,000 a year, we deserve to graduate in St. Albans!

It's already unfair to students that tuition fees have been tripled, why should we have to settle for where our graduation should be? Universities should invest this money that we pay properly - so disappointing that the welfare and satisfaction of students is not being put first.

I signed because after working hard for three years I think its cheap and unfair to unload us to one of the campuses instead of the promised beauty of Saint Albans Cathedral.

Its an act of disrespect to the students to give them a subpar graduation, its one of the most important days of a students life. Its false advertising at its finest, and akin to promising someone steak and serving them up dog food.

My Neice is a third year student at Hertfordshire university And I would like to see her graduate at the cathedral as of all the hard work she has put in towards her degree.

She is a a talented hard working student and deserves a memorable graduation ceremony .
