Fair Prices for Condo Residents

Many residents have noticed that prices at our condo store are significantly higher often double or even triple compared to regular markets and nearby supermarkets. Everyday essentials that should be affordable are being sold at inflated prices, creating an unfair “convenience tax” on residents who rely on the store for quick purchases. While we understand reasonable markups for convenience, the current pricing goes beyond that and places an unnecessary financial burden on the community. We respectfully petition for fairer, more transparent pricing on basic goods so residents can access daily necessities at reasonable rates.
