  2. Company's are sending parcels to be delivered from envi (hermes) company 
  3. Missing parcels 
  4. Stolen parcels 
  5. No contact for updates 
  6. No answer on emails 
  7. Empty parcels when there delivered 
  8. Customer service don't respond 
  9. Something must be done 
  10. Christmas birthday present all missing 
  11. Delayed delivery when people are paying express delivery 
  12. Correspondence is a 0 reply 
  13. Staff very rude 
  14. Delivery driver dropping parcel of taking pictures and then flinging the parcel bk in the van (theft) 
  15. Tracking number staying in depot for day even weeks on end 
  16. Investigate should be put in place ASAP..
