Do not allow dogs in new subsidising flats, in Mosselbay

Please sign this petition.  The Mosselbay Minicipality has not made a decision as to allow or nòt to allow dogs in the flats, across Heiderand.  Owners of the newly build housing are starting to keep dogs on short chains.

Not only is it against SPCA rules, but it's cruel

We request the Municipality to make a decision, in favour of "No Dogs" on those premises.

 Not only will it create a bigger problem for the already overloaded local SPCA, but it will become a health crisis, where dog' feses will be laying around, unsterilized female dogs will be impregnated by loca stray males etc.
