Don't change the Promontory Homeowner Parking Rules!

Update on Promontory Parking Rules

• We just wanted to give everyone a brief update on the parking rules situation.  There will be a Covenants Comittee meeting on Jan. 25th and the Covenants Committee will deliberate on the current rule and hear positions on keeping the rule and also changing the rule (there currently is a homeowner that is trying to change the rule so they may be allowed to park these Recreational items in their driveway while they are loading and unloading).  The Covenants Committee will then make a recommendation to the Conservancy Board. The Conservancy Board will then review the recommendation made by at Covenants Committe at the Feb. 22nd Conservancy Board Meeting and then make a final decision on the rule.  

If you do not want the rule to change, we urge you to contact Karin Wilson and members of your Promontory Covenants Committee and Conservancy Board to let them know how you feel.  Also, please feel free to forward this petition.  The more signatures the better, so they know how our community feels about protecting the beautiful space and views we all share.
