66 and 74 Lammasmead HMO developments

Dear Neighbour,

Two houses are in flight to be developed into HMOs (houses of multiple occupants) in 66 Lammasmead and the house opposite, number 74. 

The owner plans to convert both terraced houses to hold 6 individual tenancies in each house, totalling 12 individual tenancies across this small residential cul-de-sac. Planning permission is not required.

These impractical plans to cram 12 more individuals into this space given the limitations of access, parking with increased vehicles, additional waste, increased noise and potential security risks.

Please show your support to ask the council to arrange an objective assessment of the developments, publish the findings and stop any further works until a method for consultation with those in residence has been organised.
