Stop the local sports centre car park being used as a race track

Live local to North Solihull Sports centre? Are you as sick as I am of hearing engine revvings and tyres screeching? Lets get the car park fenced off with a gate so when its closed were all safe and we can sit in our living rooms of an evening, settle down and not feel like we live on the race track at Silverstone.
