Stop Electricity Outages in Ward 28, Ekurhuleni
We the residents of Ward 28 hereby petition the City of Ekurhuleni to immediately intervene and stop electricity outages due to cable faults, cable theft, maintenance backlogs and all other related issues.
We further demand that where negligence is proven on the side of the City that residents be compensated by Council's insurers.
