Stamp Out Cyberbullying on Social Media..

I want to start a online petition to stand against Cyberbullying. 

I have a come across numerous Cyberbullies on Social Media site Instagram and want to stand up to Bullies. 

It is to make Instagram take necessary measures to stop it, stand against it and deal with it accordingly.

This needs to be stopped, the people responsible should be dealt with according ana authorities should be contact as these people need to be prosecuted and an example needs to be set.
