Subject: Joint Petition Regarding Sudden Narrowing of Approach Road Towards Gate 4 and Bungalow Area

Respected Sir/Madam,

We, the undersigned purchasers of units within the Siddha and Skyward project, respectfully submit this joint petition for your immediate attention and necessary action.

It has come to our notice that the approach road leading towards Gate 4 and the Bungalow from Gate 2 section has been unilaterally narrowed by approximately 2.2 meters, significantly deviating from the dimensions and layout as depicted in the 3D models and representations made during the time of sale and marketing.

This abrupt alteration not only violates the legitimate expectations established at the time of purchase but also materially affects the aesthetic appeal, accessibility, and overall value of the properties. Such discrepancies amount to a breach of the assurances and representations made, potentially falling under the purview of misrepresentation under applicable consumer protection and real estate regulatory laws.

In light of the above, and considering our substantial investment in this premium development, we hereby urge you to:

- Restore the approach road to its originally represented width (7 meters), ensuring a symmetric and uniform appearance consistent with the project’s original sanctioned plan and marketing materials; and
- Take immediate corrective measures to align the ongoing construction and landscaping with the agreed-upon specifications.
- Until the actual sanctioned plan or revised sanctioned plan is furnished to us, we request an immediate halt to further expansion of the wall in question.

Failure to address this concern satisfactorily may compel us to explore appropriate remedies under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable legal provisions.

We trust that Siddha and Skyward, as a reputed and customer-centric organization, will treat this issue with the seriousness it warrants and will act promptly to uphold the trust and confidence placed in you by all stakeholders.

We look forward to a prompt and positive response.
