We, the undersigned unit owners of Allington Tower South Condominium, hereby request that the Board of Directors call a Special Owners’ Meeting in accordance with Florida Statute 718.112(2)(d).
Purpose of Meeting:
The purpose of this Special Owners’ Meeting is to address the following critical issues affecting our community:
1. Review and Discussion of the 2025/2026 Budget – including transparency, accuracy, and allocations.
2. Special Assessments – evaluation of necessity, fairness, and potential alternatives.
3. Removal of Board Members – specifically Orlando Marner,
Debbie Corrao, and
Bill Angstadt, due to concerns regarding governance and fiduciary responsibilities.
4. Handling of the SFS Concierge Contract – review of terms, expenditures, and management oversight.
Requested Action:
We, the undersigned owners, request that the Board promptly schedule a Special Owners’ Meeting, provide proper notice to all owners as required by Florida law, and include the above topics on the official agenda.
