This very terrible condition that the boys were facing, look they teen age 18 - 20 years old by look there mental conditions, lots of boys are in depression.

In today's World the company calls candidates for the interview and the last question they ask to candidate (HOW MUCH IS YOUR BUDGET). After going through all interview and all, company just reject the candidate because he can't pay the amount which is require to join vessel. Note:- I m still unemployed because of all this shits going on in the Market

place.

We pay 2 lakh for the GP course but though the collage is not giving any campus placement to the student. Dgshipping has to take step for this issuee in future for the student and Dgshipping have to make the law for the collage for 100% placement for the batches.

Thier are institute who just want to get the course done and have thier money they don't care about the future of the fellow person who is doing this course .It is soo difficult to get job after gprating. I my self has gone over 60 to 70 companies after my gp rating course none of the company allowed me to stand and even talk. It is worst situation like dns thier should be sponsership in gprating atleast a person see a clear vision. Getting him into half way and leaving is very bad hence Atlast the person go to the agent and this is how they get advantage of this .this is should stop . This is not only my voice this is off 1000 more students out thier which are in the same situation . Hope this will help and make some strict action from DG SHIPPING.

I am also suffering from gp rating scenario as I was joined one bunker barge given by my agent he told me that it is a product tanker after reaching Kandla I saw that was a bunker barge in that barge captain and chief engineer are so so bad I mean they are worst there was a permanent captain always using slangs to me chief engineer always scolding me for no reason after becoming drunk he bit me as well so many times at that barge how I spend my 10months only I know I do not want other candidates also do same as me that's why I am signing this petition and I am a Engine rating in that barge but I was to work on deck like I was to do mooring anchor take loading do steering etc rather than engine work , and the barge is IMO certified
