When cyclones hit some time ago anyone without cash on them hard a hard time surviving when the power was down. There are many reasons to have cash and being reliant on one system is stupid.

If this goes ahead, then I will be advocating for a boycott on paying the rates at all. How long will council last without funds? Secondly, I'd like to see this CEO gone back to whatever hole he crawled out of. You work for us buddy, not the other way around. Thirdly we should get rid of the council and appoint an administrator. It happened before and it can happen again. What is the point of having elected councillors if the show is run by bureaucrats??
