Petition of Support and Need For CB's Tavern Delta, CO
We, the undersigned, being potential customers to the Citiy of Delta, Being twenty-one years of age or over, hereby petition, represent and certify to the city council of the City of Delta as follows:
Carrie Boyd (Cboydbusi, LLC) doing business as CB's Tavern is known to be a person of honest and moral character, has applied for a Tavern LIcense for the location at 334 Main Street, Delta, Colorado.
The Undersigned are familiar with said location and believe that the ressonable requirements fo the neighborhood will be met by the granting of said license.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned endorse the application of Carrie Boyd (Cboydbusi, LLC) petiton, desire and request that a Tavern License be granted unto CB's TAVERN for operation of a business as stated above.
