Natural Justice - Default visitation rights to non-custodial parent

The child visitation access should be allowed by default to non custody parent as natural justice.
In case if the custodial parent has an issue then he or she should go and file the objection in court.
Why do a biological parent need a permission to meet his / her child.
Say NO to Parental Alienation. It's cruelty to the child more than your ex.
Change doesn't happen by staying silent.
