We, the School Governing Body (SGB), together with the parents and guardians, submit this memorandum to urgently request the MEC direct intervention.
Our learners—who require specialized care, safety, and support due to their special needs—are currently exposed to severe daily hazards and sub-standard conditions at our current facility. Given that a suitable new site has already been identified and secured, there is no justification for further delay. We urgently request the immediate transfer of the school to the new premises to protect the health, safety, and dignity of our children.
