Justice for the murder of Jackie Ramogale

• Seshego community against crime and gangsterism known as "SCACAG" It's a community forum fighting crime, gangsterism and drugs,
• We are representative of community of Seshego, Polokwane and the surrounding villages
• The court should not release the accused on bail under the following grounds:
• Moreche Maraka
  Mabu Mailula
  Mlungisi Motana

1. There is a chance that the release of the accused will endanger the safety of the public and their safety 
2. If the accused are released on bail, the community might take the matter into their own hands for revenge, which we condemn 
3. There is a chance that the accused will attempt to influence or intimidate witnesses 
4. There is a chance that the accused will disturb public order or undermine the public peace and security 
5. There is a chance that the accused will avoid their trail 
6. Based on the severity of the offence they committed, which is serious offences, the accused are very dangerous. We request the court not to grant the accused bail in the interest of justice 
7. The accused committed serious violence offence organised crime 
8. The accused might threaten the police or interfere with the
