No Bail for Justice
On 26 August 2026, we stand together in solidarity as the accused appear in court for the murder of Justine Davids.
We call on the justice system to deny bail and ensure that this case is handled with the seriousness it deserves. Every person has the right to a fair legal process, but our community also has the right to seek justice and to have confidence that the legal system will protect victims and the public.
Justine’s life mattered. Their family, friends, and the LGBTQIA+ community deserve to see this case proceed without fear or intimidation. We ask everyone who believes in equality, dignity, and justice to stand with us peacefully and respectfully.
