Iran Sectoin IEEE irresponsibility

 Lack of confidence to the Iran scientific community and Iran Section IEEE, duo to their dishonesty and irresponsibility and their financial abuse

1st International Conference on New Research Achievements in Electrical and Computer Engineering was held in the central hall of the Amirkabir University of Technology On 13 May 2016. Iran Section IEEE was one of its supporters (http://cbconf.ir/en/).

Conference was headed by Dr. Seyyed Kamaleddin Yadavar Nikravesh. Dr. Mohammad Bagher Menhaj was its scientific secretary. Executive secretary and head of international relations was Dr. Alireza Namaghi.

Its Keynote Speekers were Prof. Hasan Ghafouri Fard, Prof. Zeinulabedin Navabi, Prof. Mohsen Kave Rad and Prof. Ali Khak Seddigh.

According to the conference website which was admitted by Iran Section IEEE, the accepted papers should be indexed by IEEE. Therefore, IEEE copyright form was filled by us.

Everything was right until we found the papers were indexed in Civilica profile, instead of IEEE. Our permanent follow up forced them to remove papers from Civilica profile.

Now, no one is responsive.

Who made the mistake? Amirkabir University of Technology? Organizers? The famous professors of the country? Iran section IEEE?

Or students and researchers who trusted to professors and university authorities? Is science and research, a tool for financial profit? Is Iran Section IEEE support valid?

If they cannot be trusted, then who can be trusted in the scientific community?

How can a valid conference be detected?

Who is really responsible?
