Pat has maintained a high standard at the location for his restaurant and kept the protected location with little or no help from the local government services. This location has attracted numerous tourists from around the world, which assisted in the development of St Martin. It makes no sense to now destroy the results of hard work from Pat and his team over 30 + years. St Martin was known at that time the HAPPY island, which sadly is no longer the case. It's not fair and inconsistent with the way Tax has been taken from him. He has been an active contributor for the growth and the inhabitants. |
