Yon po ang tungkol sa Conference for te Satisfaction of Award. Ang tanong ko po ay paano mapoporsege pagbayad ang Respondent kasi po ay masyado pong matagal na. Ako po ay nanalo sa isinampa ko pong kaso sa Boss ko na Illegal Dismissal. Nasa akin po ang lahat ng mga Dokumento simula't simula. Andito na sa akin ang Decision, Resolution, Result or the Reply from the NLRC na Denied for lack of Merit ang inihain nilang Motion for Reconsideration.
