I feel so strongly about the refusal of the 2nd cath lab for WUH. Human lives are being held to ransom, previous figures show WUH has more than the required quota for this lab. 24/7cardiac care is urgently needed for our City and its surrounds

Waterford needs a 24 hour cath lab. If someone has a major cardiac event outside of business hours, they only have their prayers to help them

I believe 24/7 emergency cardiac care and general improved cardiac care is imperative in Waterford Regional Hospital. So many lives are lost due to cardiac issues and without an improvement to related facilities this number will rise. We have an aging population in the south East...not to mention adolescent sudden cardiac arrest.
