The Jam - Exhibition at the BME

This is a must for the legions of jam fans worldwide

would be nice to see collected jam memorabilia in the same place for the first and probably last time - we need to put the jam in their rightful place, at the top of their generations finest!

The Jam should be recognised for their contribution to British Music and as one of the best bands this country has ever produced.

This exhibition has to happen. Such an important band for many people!

The Jam is a celebration of youth in The Modern World!

my first ever concert was the jam liverpool empire 1978 then two night at mountford hall liverpool on the jam pact tour and lots more after to me they were for the kids of that generation to me they were the best band this country has ever seen

Without a doubt, the greatest band ever to come out of Britain, or Europe, in fact, probably the greatest band ever, anywhere. Can't be touched.

Never got to see The Jam live , so would love to see a exhibition

speaking from the home town Woking this would be good to see happen and re-liv those great memories between 1977 - 1982.

Great idea and once it's been established then tour all the big cities with it like what Annie Lennox did x

About time :) .... it seems so cliched as we ( the fans ) have heard it said so, so, many times , but, to most of us growing up in the late 70's / early 80's they were OUR band ,i personally think it was because they seemd like us, spoke the language we knew & seemed to care about their followers - plus the words and music were off the scale ( for a teenager as Weller was ) to write some of those lyrics seems mindblowing - HOWEVER - it was the sum of the parts , the 3 piece that just worked brilliantly - will always love them , FIRE & SKILL

What a great idea with thousands of Jam fans around. With profits going to charity. Well done Den. And Mr Goldsmith please make this happen.
