It's disgusting what they have done I thought schools were working to provide the best education for the children - not by reducing hard working and caring staff.

Awful to lose so many support staff. If there is one school that needs extra help it's this school. Children taking drugs onsite and rushed to hospital. Children using e-cigarettes on school premises!!

Its shocking to think that staff that do a bloody good job day in day out are loosing there jobs yet the senior management team have all kept their positions (if not stepped up into a higher position)! They failed their ofsted and it was said that the senior management teams leadership was poor so how come they aren't out for failing the school! This situation isnt just down to a loss of students its also down to the quality of managemt and teaching and learning !

Moronic that the staff behind the scenes who swan around throwing orders are able to keep their jobs, the real people who make a real difference to children and their education are the ones that are suffering. Learning support assistants and their resources are obviously put in place for a reason, absolutely moronic to take them away, even worse so, to take them away from dependant children who rely heavily upon them!
