First of all the Guptas are South African citizens, you can't just expel citizens, especially not entire families. Their relatives from India have left so there's no-one left to expel. Secondly, if we had rule of law, they would be investigated, tried and jailed. And that is the petition we need - to reinstate a rule of law

They immigrated from India after 1992 and they are naturalised SA citizens. They still hold Indian cirtizenship rights that is also why the Indian High Commissioner assisted them in getting the AFB landing
