Because the rule sucks! Plus we get told to be different and express ourselves, to be us but then they tell us how to dress, how to act and now they're banning hair colour? Get a grip.

unfortunately this petition will never win, as the school environment is providing you with the knowledge and understanding to survive in the work place. extremely dyed hair is rarely acceptable in standard jobs, the same with piercings and tattoos, which is unfortunate yet the truth.

however do not mistake my comment for agreeing that students should be sent to transit for dyed hair.

i think anyone should be able to express themselves which ever way they want. dying hair does not stop the learning process and if anything feeling good about your self would help learning so i say let kids dye there hair as long as parents have given them permission of course

But don't you think this petition is kind of too much for a rule which is clearly not going to be changed? I understand the rule, but I just think they need to cool it a little.
