 What is actually happening is school is wanting a 10cm flare if you pull the trouser from your ancle and measure how far it comes out

 I'm sorry but stating that parents that believe school trousers don't matter when it comes to learning are uneducated? Are you genuinely that idiotic that you believe that parents are uneducated because they're stating that trousers don't matter when they don't. Trousers are a piece of clothing not a brain and an attention span. We had the assembly today and the people that were pulled up were all female and majority of their trousers were perfectly fine. They actually stopped a student then let her go but then brought her back down two minutes afterwards then at last say we should have trousers like her. Additionally the girls that were kept back were either extremely skinny or larger thighs also boys wear skinnys too and none were kept back. Some parents just don't fully understand what is happening inside of school.

my daughter phoned me this morning to say she's had to wear a pair of trousers given to her going into school this morning. She was wearing black skinny type trousers. Not leggings. Which we bought where we get all her uniform. She sent me a photo and they dont even fit her. Looks like cats deed

 I totally agree rules are there for a reason, would you disagree with a work place sending staff home for wearing the wrong uniform , i for one would be sent home if i didnt wear the correct clothing even if it didnt stop me from doing my job. The school is preparing our children to enter the work place .

Where do you work by any chance? Because if it's a work place where you wear a polo shirt with the logo and name on it that hardly counts. And today was horrendous the way that your daughters were treated and soem are siding with shaw you should be fighting against this. In form a girls trousers were fine and she was given a pair from school but none fitted so they forced her to wear a short tight mini skirt with see through tights she cried because of the way she looked. A girl got excluded today because her bra wasn't white. Now as parents this is when you should be stepping up and telling school that they can't do that. I know if it was my child and a grown man/woman was looking at my daughters boobs and telling her about her bra I would be telling them where to go. It's so degrading for young girls. Even if you agree with the trousers or not the bra situation is way out of control and if you don't agree that it is you're not in the right frame of mind.

 I don't agree with themlooking at their chest but let's face it if their blazer is unfastened and they have a coloured bra on it stands out like a sore thumb and let's face it they are not perving over your kidsas parents why not check what ya kids wearing and educate them that a white bra goes under a white shirt
