The only reason to withdraw PIP should be if a person's doctor signs them off.

i dont drink i dont smoke , i never go out the house or extremly rare as i suffer with ptsd anxiety and severe depression , the internet is my window to the world , it does my hea in that question can you sit and watch tv , no im illiterate and everything i know is self taught , this government will without doubt go down in history as the worst to date .

For many disabled people Facebook is the only contact they have with the outside world, it is disgusting that PIP was removed because a claimant used the site.

You can be Bedbound and still use it. Have dragon speak and a pencil attached you're hand to type. Password keeper so many things this shameful on 100

It's just another excuse to withdraw support for the vulnerable. It also shows the lack of understanding into our day to day lives, as too how important and useful social media is too people who are either almost or are house bound and have no other way too make contact with people. total disgrace!

I am on DLA and still to transfer over to PIP. This terrifies me. Being mostly housebound, Facebook and similar are often my only contact with the world outside my own four walls for weeks/months on end...

By withdrawing access to modern prosthetics this government isolate us Amputees from Employment and Educations, by withdrawing the ILF they isolate us from social care, by withdrawing social care they doom us to a life of neglect, by withdrawing Welfare Benefits they isolate us from society?
They now instil fear of loss of even further Disability Allowances which help pay for the extra cost of Disability by isolating us from communication with Support and Help groups on Social Media and firmly place us hidden away from society behind the closed front door watching the world go by through a window pane of glass.

For some people with disabilities facebook may be the only social interaction they have. Many people with disabilities live socially isolated lives and for those with mental health problems it may be their only window on the world. To say that any person who accesses facebook cannot be disability is discriminatory, I'll - informed, cruel, criminal and punitive. Is this the level to which this country has sunk and what the British public really wants? It smacks of eugenics.

my mother had c.o.p.d , 3 prolapsed discs in her back couldn't walk more the 10 ft without being short of breath and in agony, also she couldn't sit still for more than 5 mins before her back became unbearable and her legs would start to spasm meaning she was literally frozen from the waist down! there was noway on this planet she could hold a job down but that did not mean she couldn't hold her phone/ iPad to contact me directly on Facebook? this is ridiculous

There is NO justification for the withdrawal of vital lifeline funds for the disabled but this one is particularly vile and sickening

Due to my illness, facebook is often my only way to keep in contact with close friends and family. I do find it tiring, but I can pop on and off as I feel able. I can see how friends and family are keep tract of events in their lives. I would much rather do this in person, but that is not often possible.

I suffer with fibromyalgia an uses facebook to contact my family as i struggle to get out, this is discraseful
