She is a witness to the crime committed but is being charged because she was to frightened to do anything and now is a conspirator to the crime? If I have this right then I say no on conviction! I too have witness many things and have been afraid of them and government officials. In my most recent endevures of reaching out to many I thought would protect me the only one that heard me and listened was God!
