Too many wrongful convictions of many types to follow through with another one.

Absolutely against the death penalty! Yes, a life was taken and punishment must be handed down BUT taking emilia's life is NOT the punishment deserved!!

She lost everything except the air she breathes I am her aunt she has had an awful like she is a good person who made a bad choice ...plz let her go all she needs is counciling for what she went through as a child

Because I've been where she is 17 yrs.bad judge and appointed attorney thank God my new teams and the Ms. Supreme Court saw the injustice that was done to me just hours before my execution.

To see her to god for her sins not death one dies to add would not make it right to repeated to do the same that's not how it should go she doesn't deserve death penaltie

I signed the petition because I am sick of hearing about innocent people thrown in prison every day!!!!!!!

 I have signed it because I oppose the death penalty, but far more information should be given about the circumstances and what was done. Why was Fulgham given a plea deal? Was he the crucial witness against her? All this and more should be given. It wasn't.

She is a witness to the crime committed but is being charged because she was to frightened to do anything and now is a conspirator to the crime?

If I have this right then I say no on conviction!

I too have witness many things and have been afraid of them and government officials.

In my most recent endevures of reaching out to many I thought would protect me the only one that heard me and listened was God!

 

 

The warped scales of U.S. Justice only undermine its legitimacy as a fair and reliable system of prosecution and punishment. Emilia is a likely a victim of this warped system, and without clear guilt, our constitution upholds her innocence. Free Emilia!

Because I like helping people that's been accused and that are innocent and doing everything within their means to get our of prison.

Looking people up, like animals isn't the answer!!!! Especially when they are innocent!

Ok if she acted in fear such sentence is extreme. Don't assume you gonna be heroes in life and deat situations
