COMMERCIAL RATES AMNESTY FOR CO. WEXFORD BUSINESS OWNERS (COVID19)

To whom it may concern,
It is my belief that the current proposed rates 'deferral' proposed by the council is not sufficient to adequately address the strain that Wexford businesses will be under for the remaining months of the year, as they try to catch up on lost revenue, and meet existing commitments to creditors.
Therefore, on behalf of the below undersigned business, I hereby call on Wexford Co. Council to implement a rates amnesty, for the three months of March, April & May of 2020.
I further call on the Dept of Local Government and/or the Minister for Finance to ensure that this shortfall in the rates income is compensated to Wexford Co. Council, to ensure the continuation of all Council services, without interuption.
