Body cam for Rob Nurden - Crossing Officer at Tutshill School

Dear All,

Today another driver failed to stop for Rob when he was helping our children cross the road safely outside Tutshill School. There have been multiple incidents this year, and sadly the frequency seems to be increasing.

I'm aiming to petition the council to provide Rob with a body cam, to record any further incidents so the drivers can be investigated, and also to possibly act as a deterrent against dangerous driving.

The council have been approached in the past, and declined to provide Rob with a body cam, as they say it will record families without their express permission. However, it seems that keeping Rob safe - while he keeps us safe - is now a higher priority.
