Hello everyone, an update for you. 

The petition was received by The South Wairarapa District Council Last year. Thank you to the councillors for receiving this.

The petition is also now with Parliament. Our final submission to this process was completed earlier this month. 

I wanted to also let you know, I have chosen to step up and put my name forward to represent our community in this years election for Mayor of the South Wairarapa District. 

I see a great benefit in listening, bringing more transparency, and building trust again for our community. I will Bring a new voice, with deep roots to our community and promise to bring absolute integrity to build a strong South Wairarapa.

Petition Update

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for signing our petition to cap rate increases for the South Wairarapa District Council (SWDC).

Your signature represents more than just a gesture; it symbolises a collective voice demanding fairness and transparency in our community's governance. By standing together, we demonstrate our commitment to responsible decision-making and fiscal accountability.

We will presenting this petition to the SWDC on Wednesday the 20th of November.
