Allow all amateur films on TMDB

I'm Jamie. A young filmmaker from the Isle of Wight in England. Recently me and my friends have been releasing short films for the public to enjoy and have uploaded them on TMdB. These films include: "Nurse When", "The G.H.O.S.T" and "No sign of an altercation". TMdB responded to this by removing it due to it being amateur. 
Most filmmakers start with by making amateur films. It's a way to test their capabilities and publish there ideas to the world. Along with this due to our age they accuse it of being a "student film" as we are all of college age (17-18). 
This is a prejudice against young filmmakers across the world wanting to show their films to the globe and basically is just blocking out thousands of people from a career which could be helped by their work being published on this website. 

My goal is to make it so that all amateur films should be able to be included on this website to help kickstart all young and talented people's careers. Making this possible would mean that many people would have an entire gallery of work on their profiles so people can easily access their work and help include people new to the filmmaking scene in an already challenging industry.
