Take his hand, not his life!

This petition has been prepared for Robert A. (Bobby) Fratta.

 

Currently, he is already 20 years on Death Row in Polunsky, Livingston, Texas.

 

We, the founders of this petition are strongly against the death penalty, but also find that there are made significant errors during the trial of Bobby more than 20 years ago.

 

Whether he is guilty or innocent is not the issue right now . We feel that his case should be re-examined on the basis of facts and not falsehoods and hear say.

 

We would greatly appreciate if you would like to sign this petition to the Texas Legislature Committee Corrections Department to make them  take steps to take the matter again under investigation.
