support for fair recruitment process of BDS JR
ESIC headquarters has recently released a merit list for deployment of BDS-passouts at ESIC JR(Dental). The same deployment process has been done earlier several times as well, with merit list being prepared as per batch seniority. This time, however, different batches were combined in a single list, criteria being changed suddenly, leaving all the students in a state of despair.
This new merit list is unfair to all the students who have been waiting on this opportunity for years.
The goal of the petition is to send this message across and getting the criteria of deployment process corrected, the way it has been followed in previous years. Provide a fair opportunity to students across all batches
