Stop Minibus Taxis from breaking Traffic laws in Durbanville.

Minibus Taxis cannot do and ride like they own the roads. Traffic police should engage to stop minibus drivers from taking the law into their own hands by ignoring red traffic lights, driving in yellow lines and thereby putting the lives of joggers and cyclists in danger as well as ignoring stop signs and don't wait for their turn to drive.
