Stop cut backs and staggered ride opening times at Alton towers

When will this stop? Loyal customers of Alton towers wait patiently off season for the parks to reopen in March to find out recently that further restrictions are in place.

You are taking away choice from the early riders and making them queue longer as all rides won’t be open straight away so more people will be in certain areas of the park.

Keep ride opening times all the same and give chance for people to get on many rides as they can before it gets busy. A lot of people have travelled a great distance to come to the park so don’t take away there choice to plan their day. 

We understand we have to queue for quite some time but love the option when we don’t queue for that long.

The customers bring in the money so look after them and not only the shareholders who gain to profit.
