Start Secondary Schools at 10am

It is scientifically proven that teenagers are more awake and alert after 10am. Research from OU Academic has shown that teenagers between 13 and 16 years old, who started school at 10am, had improved health; and start times that match their biological circadian rhythms will help keep them healthy. The research found that student absence due to illnesses dropped by over 50% with a 10am school start. I would like the government to make it the law for secondary schools to start no earlier than 10am. The reason many teenagers dislike attending school is because they are too tired to get the full learning experience and pay attention properly, when the school day starts earlier.
