I couldn’t agree more. We need to protect the Jewish students who make up 40% of this university.

antisemitism is a huge problem at this university and a lot of the universities in the US. BDS doesn’t get to define antisemitism only jewish people should be able to .

I am Jewish and while I'm more secular than observant, I feel that universities, today, are helping antisemitism thrive by supporting BDS and not educating students about what Jews have endured throughout history and why they created their own industries bc they were restricted from so many sectors of the culture. The perception must be debunked and Tulane can be a part of the solution!

I’m signing this petition because I am a proud Jew who believes in the importance of spreading awareness about antisemitism. History unfortunately tends to repeat itself and if we don’t properly educate students on its effects we could end up in a terrible situation.

Liev Block (New York, 2023-03-01)

I will be a freshman at Tulane next year and believe that they should teach the kids at Tulane who aren’t Jewish about what their peers have dealt with in terms of antisemitism

Dustin Greenwood (Mission Hills, 2023-03-01)

It is important to fight anti-semitism and all forms of hate. If we do not learn from history, we are condemned to repeat it.

No one should be victimized for accidents of birth: not Jews, not POC, not LGBTQ+, no one. And Jews must not be victimized, ever again.
