Evri have lost or failed to deliver to my address on several occasions, and even falsified delivery info, by saying they handed it to me in person, when I was at work. A terrible service should not be allowed to operate.

I ordered a £420 IPL machine with next-day delivery for my girlfriend, Plenty of time for it to arrive before her birthday. After querying its whereabouts on day four, I was informed that the parcel had been “misplaced” and is now considered lost.

This is, without exaggeration, the sixth time in 13 months that my parcels have gone missing. Every single time a parcel reaches the Carlisle depot, any item of value appears to disappear. At this point, the pattern is impossible to ignore.

Whether this is due to gross incompetence, a complete lack of accountability, or a working environment that allows theft to go unchecked, the outcome is the same: customers are repeatedly losing expensive items with no meaningful explanation or resolution.

It is unacceptable that a £420 item can simply vanish due to poor handling, inadequate supervision, and what appears to be minimal oversight within the depot. The fact that this continues to happen suggests a systemic failure rather than isolated incidents.

Evri’s service has reached a point where, if I see that a high-value parcel is being sent via your network, I fully expect it not to arrive. That expectation has once again been proven correct.

Doing the job properly should not be a high standard — it should be the bare minimum.
