Shopee Malaysia stop bullying sellers! Release our money!
It is completely absurd for Shopee Malaysia to hold all of our sellers hard-earned income when our items are already delivered to buyers! We never received any notification that our money will be hold prior to their latest policy of 15 Days Free Returns they offering to every buyers for almost all categories of shops!
It is extremely frustrating that buyers could enjoy our products for the next 15 Days and able to request return and refund easily and on top of that, we never received a single-cent from the day they received our products! 15 Days is half-a month, affecting our business cash flows. This issue has put many small businesses turn their business mode to vacation, to not get more losses.
We urge government Malaysia, please take note on this as this is serious issues affecting thousands of sellers in Shopee platforms.
