Create a separate area for KS1 to feel safe at lunchtime.

Due to a growing number of bullying incidents between the older and younger children, including visible bruising on foundation children, 4 year old girls and boys being punched and kicked, hair pulled, underwear being shown, 10 year old boys trying to tell 5 year old girls they are their boyfriends and following them around, younger children being told scary stories and having nightmares and much more.

I would like to propose the foundation and KS1 have a separate area of the playground solely for them to feel safe and comfortable away from the older children.
