Say No to Data Center destroying our communities!
The push of Data Centers has entered into Twiggs County, GA. We are rallying together as a community to push back!
Data centers are harmful for the environment in colossal ways, and they bring no positive outcomes for the economy.
The long term and short term benefits are null and void. It's the tale of old. The ones in power promising a better life and luxury beyond this build. Years go by and the promises are just words on the wind. They never come to fruition. Do not be fooled by assurances of an 'economic miracle' following the build of this data center.
Data Centers provide very few jobs, and locally sourced employees are not promised.
Yet the impact on the natural resources is significant!
There is more than enough information available from prior data centers that show the impact being catastrophic to waterways, wildlife and communities.
We as a community want to protect what is ours.
Our lands, children, health, wildlife, and waterways; all depend on us to do just that.
Stand with us as we show them we will not sell our lands to just anyone, we cherish our lands, and community.
Let's stand together on this one!
