Data from the Electoral Commission Public Opinion Tracker 2022 estimates that 20% of people do not typically carry photo-ID with them and will need reminding to bring it to the polls. If people forget their ID they are unlikely to come back. This will lead to people not having their say in elections and suffering as a result.
Change doesn't happen by staying silent.
