Replacing newton with a new property factor

This has been set up in the hope of replacing newton property managers with a new factor for the estate. I have lived in the flats since new and have never received any form of good customer service from any of those handling the accounts. The flats are billed hundreds every quarter for very poor service from newton and the contractors who are supposed to maintain the estate to a satisfactory level. Two thirds of the estate is required to agree for any change to happen so if you have experienced bad service with newton, their account handling, over charging, poor communication I would strongly hope you agree a change now is required.
