REMOVE SPECIAL LEVIES
Why did we put $10 million dollars in an investment account when all owners had paid and continue to pay exorbitant levies? Francisca has found some money back from the construction and put it in an investment account to earn some interest. May we ask why the amounts of the moneys found were not disclosed to the owners? And if such moneys are found why the Treasurer is not putting the moneys back and do a new BUDGET? We have been asking for a new Budget from last August 2022 and the excuse was that you did not have the figures. However, now that you have the figures, and we have a healthy investment account we need these special levies to go.
