Oxfordshire County Council is planning to completely cut Oxfordshire Chinese Community & Advice Centre (OCCAC)'s funding for bilingual advice service from April 2015. This will lead to the complete closure of the Chinese Bilingual advice service in Oxfordshire. 牛津郡议会正计划由2015年4月开始完全停止给予中心提供双语咨询服务的经费，华人中心将要面临关闭咨询服务的危机。

OCCAC exists to serve the Chinese community in Oxfordshire by providing independent quality advice and services, enabling them to gain equal access to public resources, improve their quality of life and integrate into society.

牛津郡华人社区及谘询中心目的是为服务郡内的华人社区。透过提供独立、优质的谘询和服务，使华人得到平等使用公共资源的机会、改善生活质素及融入社会。
