MINISTER SENZO MCHUNU MUST STEP DOWN
Minister Senzo Mchunu's recent statement about DNA samples in a rape case has raised concerns, leading me to question his leadership. You might want him to step down for a few reasons¹:
- *Perceived bias*: I see his words as taking the side of the accused, potentially undermining trust in his ability to handle such cases fairly.
- *Lack of support for victims*: The statement was not adequately prioritizing the needs and well-being of rape victims.
- *Leadership credibility*: This incident have damaged his credibility as a leader, particularly in matters related to justice and victim support.
These concerns are driving my desire for him to reconsider his position.
