درخواست جامعه مامایی ایران در آستانه روز ماما
- جناب آقاي دکتر نمکی، وزیر محترم بهداشت درمان و اموزش پزشکی
با سلام و احترام
همانطور که مستحضر هستید جامعه مامایی کشور همگام با کادر درمان سراسر کشور در شرایط کووید ۱۹ ، در مراکز بهداشت ، زایشگاهها و بخش خصوصی(دفاتر کار و مراکز مشاوره) در حال خدمت رسانی می باشند و با توجه به اینکه سال ۲۰۲۰ توسط سازمان بهداشت جهانی به نام «پرستاروماما» نامگذاری شده و همزمان با «روز جهانی ماما» خواستار توجه و رسیدگی شما به اهم خواسته های جامعه مامایی ایران به شرح ذیل می باشیم:
الف ) «عنوان مامایی» را به ما بر گردانید و عنوان مراقب سلامت را در کارکنان شرکتی و رسمی بهداشت حذف کنید . تغییر عناوین سازمانی نیروهای رسمی ماما به مراقب سلامت بدون اطلاع و رضایت آنها را ملغی بفرمایید، همانطور که چنین اتفاقی در مورد هیچ رشته تحصیلی دانشگاهی با این قدمت سابقه نداشته است . به جای واژه ی مراقب سلامت میتوان از مامای خانواده که یک ترم بین‌المللی است استفاده کرد
ب) مصوبه هیات وزیران در سال ۹۴ مبنی بر «پوشش بیمه ای خدمات مامایی» به صورت کشوری اجرا شود تا ضمن کمتر شدن بار مالی صندوقهای بیمه گر بخاطر تعرفه پایین ویزیت مامایی، فشار اقتصادی موجود برای دریافت خدمات مامایی در قشرکم درآمد و آسیب پذیر جامعه تقلیل پیدا کند
ج) برای استقرار نظام ارجاع چنانچه وزارت بهداشت بخواهد خدمات مادران ، سلامت بارداری ، سلامت جنسی و زناشویی را به بخش خصوصی برون سپاری کند دفاتر کار مامایی و مراکز مشاوره ی مامایی آماده ی ارائه خدمات میباشد
د) پرداخت «حق الزحمه زایمان» برای مامای زایشگاه با توجه به مسئولیت قانونی ماما در مقابل صدمه به مادر و نوزاد حین زایمان و استرس وسختی کار ماما در زایشگاه
در پایان مستدعی است درخواست ما را مبنی بر دیدار حضوری نمایندگان مامایی با جنابعالی بابت ارایه توضیحات بیشتر بپذیرید
